PartnerPlusBenefit: Frequently asked questions

1. How does PartnerPlusBenefit work for my company?

PartnerPlusBenefit allows your company to earn valuable BenefitPoints on duty flights with 11 different airlines. These points can be put towards a number of perks and rewards for individual business travellers or the whole office.

Simply register your company online or by telephone (0371 521 2255), and we’ll start you off with 1,000 BenefitPoints - that’s an upgrade before the first flight!

Once you've registered, you'll get an email confirming your membership, including a password so you can access your account. You can then insert payment card details (usually a business account). After that, the sky’s the limit!

2. How can my business benefit?

Every time you or your colleagues pay for flights with the payment card registered to your account, BenefitPoints will be added automatically (between 10-12 weeks after the flight), which you can then choose to spend or save. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets with your Business Travel Account number inserted in your account profile, too.

If a flight is paid for with a different card, you can log on to your account, go to the BenefitPoints account, and insert the ticket number and other ticket details in the ‘Ticket data entry’ section.

The more times you fly, the more points you’ll accumulate. And the more points you accumulate, the more rewards you can redeem, increasing your improving your company’s business travel experiences.
